At TLR we strive to make a difference in
companion pet ownership. We take dog ownership seriously and enjoy helping
others make that a reality. We have gained a tremendous amount of education from
our fellow instructors and we feel obligated to share that with others who are
motivated to learn. TLR offers canine evaluations and temperament tests not only
for the novice dog owner but to the sheltering and rescue community as well. We
can provide evaluations in your home or at your organization. We can
